Fullerton, business manager of the Mecklenburg County Joint Board, including correspondence with union officials Emil Rieve, William Pollock, Solomon Barkin, Lewis M. Conn, and William J. Smith; and material pertaining to grievances, arbitration, agreements, and contracts with various textile manufacturers. In general the papers concern benefits, wages, unemployment compensation, the Employment Security Act in North Carolina, the National Labor Relations Board, the C.I.O.
